From the perspective of environmental protection, most density boards are E1-grade materials, and E0-grade materials are rarely available in the market. Therefore, the environmental protection of using density board as the base material is inferior to that of solid wood multilayer board and particle board base material.
In terms of flatness, the flatness of PET Board is better than that of UV Sheet. The main reason is that the flatness of UV Sheet mainly depends on the flatness of the sheet. If the flatness of the substrate selected for UV Sheet is not high, there will be surface collapse in the later stage. From the side view, the UV Sheet will appear orange peel. This is mainly for high-gloss UV products, and matt products do not have high requirements for the flatness of the substrate.
In terms of price, the base color of PET Board and UV Sheet is decorative paper, and the PET Board price is higher than that of UV Sheet price. Of course, if the UV Sheet is pasted with wood veneer, the sheet price also depends on the wood veneer price itself.
