PETG sheet contains UV absorber, which can be co-extruded into a protective layer, which protects the sheet from the harmful effects of ultraviolet rays. Easy to process PETG sheet can be sawed, die-cut, drilled, punched, sheared, riveted, milled and cold-formed without breaking. Minor scratches on the surface can be removed with a heat gun. Solvent bonding is also routine.
PETG board products are available in 15 colors, including plain and metallic.
Standard size: 1220x2440x0.8mm, customers can choose PETG board or sheets laminated to different size MDF boards.
PETG sheets are easy to produce products with complex shapes and large draw ratios. Also, unlike PC board and impact-modified acrylic, the board does not require pre-drying prior to thermoforming. Compared with PC board or acrylic, its molding cycle is shorter, the temperature is lower, and the yield is higher.
1) Scratch resistance. We have specially treated the surface of the PETG board to make it more scratch-resistant. Its surface hardness can reach above 4H.
2) Chemical resistance. PETG board has superior chemical resistance compared to many other clear plastics, ensuring no color shift or change, brightness unaffected, and durability.
3) Healthy material. PETG board has been certified by the laboratory as a healthy material and can be directly used in food packaging. So, if your furniture uses PETG board, what else do you need to worry about?
